Responsibilities
  • Implement, communicate, and ensure compliance with all operating procedures, processes, and policies.
  • Recruit and develop employees through coaching, mentoring, and training; set goals and conduct performance reviews.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues and offer solutions.
  • Increase location profitability and efficiency.
  • Maintain store merchandising, detail, and customer service standards.
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Promote teamwork across all departments.
  • Minimize errors and ensure high data entry accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate store inventory levels.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable reporting.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail.
  • At least 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Proven success in customer service, operations, and merchandising.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of retail operating systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
