Role Description

The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ottawa, ON, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities and ensuring efficient delivery of equipment and solutions. This role includes coordinating logistics and inventory, managing vendor and partner relationships, and optimizing processes for equipment deployment, service, and maintenance. The Operations Manager will supervise operational staff and machnics, monitor performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the company’s mission. The role also involves collaborating with sales and service teams, supporting customer projects, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. The Operations Manager will contribute to strategic planning and help scale operations to support growth in municipal, airport, and private sector markets.
