The role oversees project delivery, operational performance, financial results, and team development, working with executive and field leaders to drive efficient execution and process improvement.

The position involves monitoring performance, managing budgets and profitability, and guiding contract changes, risk mitigation, and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction management experience with a general contractor or subcontractor.
• Proven experience leading multiple construction projects and project teams.
• Strong knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, reporting, scheduling, contracts, and change management.
