  • Demonstrated ability to independently develop project schedules and job‑cost budgets and manage projects through completion and closeout with minimal supervision.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the construction process, including permitting, trade sequencing, inspections, project handover, and the Ontario Building Code.

  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors, reviewing quotations and scopes, managing trade agreements, and administering purchase orders and change orders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with scheduling or project management platforms such as MS Project, Procore, or Buildertrend.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, maintain accurate documentation, and establish reliable workflows.
