Job description

We’re hiring an Engagement Manager to support the delivery and ongoing development of an established enterprise client program.

This role sits at the intersection of client management and recruitment delivery. You’ll take ownership of day-to‑day execution, work closely with internal teams, and ensure consistent, high‑quality service across a steady volume of contract roles.

It’s a fast‑paced environment with strong foundations already in place. The focus is on execution, relationship management, and incremental improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing
Client & Program Management
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders
  • Manage day‑to‑day recruitment activity within an existing contingent labour program
  • Ensure consistent communication, delivery standards, and overall client satisfaction
Recruitment Delivery
  • Oversee a high volume of contract roles across engineering, construction, procurement, administrative, and related functions
  • Support role qualification, prioritization, and execution across the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintain strong candidate quality and delivery outcomes
Contractor Network Management
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with an active contractor base
  • Ensure a high level of service and ongoing engagement with placed consultants
  • Identify opportunities to redeploy talent across active and upcoming roles
Referral & Pipeline Development
  • Actively expand referral networks to support consistent pipeline generation
  • Leverage existing relationships and market insight to improve candidate flow
  • Partner with the team to build targeted, high‑quality talent pools
Team Coordination
  • Work closely with recruiters and support resources to manage workflow and priorities
  • Provide guidance to ensure consistent output and accountability across the team
Process & Systems
  • Operate within established program workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Utilize ATS and VMS platforms to manage requisitions, submissions, and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and overall process effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within contract or high‑volume environments
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or within contingent labour/MSP programs is an asset
  • Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
  • Experience maintaining contractor relationships and redeployment pipelines
  • Track record of building and leveraging referral networks
  • Familiarity with ATS and VMS systems
  • Collaborative, accountable, and solutions‑oriented approach
