The Role:

As Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations while preparing to transition into a General Manager role within 3–5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee service delivery for VoIP, security, surveillance, access control, and technology infrastructure projects.
• Assist the office administrator with project scheduling and coordination to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Manage inventory and service delivery logistics.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulations.
• Document and Implement process improvements and operational best practices.
• Analyze metrics to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop a team of 6+ technicians, promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration.
