Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of warehouse/logistics supervision experience.
• Strong Excel data analysis and reporting skills.
• Forklift & First Aid certification preferred; safety management experience is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse personnel to optimize performance, accountability, and growth.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, order fulfillment, and inventory control; apply lean methods.
• Maintain safety/compliance through inspections and audits; promote safety-first culture.
• Oversee cycle counts, reconciliations, and WMS/RF protocols; collaborate with Sales/Logistics.
• Provide operational insights to support continuous improvement and long-term planning.
