Job summary

Nature Fresh Farms is hiring a Gatekeeper Lead for our Leamington, ON facility. This full-time, permanent role focuses on verifying and closing production orders in Business Central, managing inventory accuracy, and coordinating with multiple departments to balance consumption.

The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Office, data entry precision, and the ability to train others on Business Central. A collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail for data entry and records.
• Experience as a Gatekeeper is an asset.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across departments.
• Spanish is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Verify and close all production orders in Business Central.
• Create and update reports using Priva, Power BI, and Excel to identify process effectiveness.
• Check produce inventory daily to ensure internal inventory accuracy.
• Communicate with other departments to investigate and fix discrepancies to balance consumption.
• Maintain communication with Gatekeepers and production team members to ensure processes are followed.
• Assist in training new employees in relation to Business Central for Production.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control Clerk to ensure dry goods are used correctly and improve accuracy.
• Identify areas for improvement, develop a plan, and report to the Dry Goods & Inventory Supervisor.
• Cover duties for Inventory Lead as needed.
• Comply with Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies.
