This role acts as the bridge between teams, ensuring our stores and corporate teams have the tools, processes, information, and support they need to operate effectively and support business growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, retail operations, or project coordination.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
• Experience with inventory or retail systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve operational processes across Mine & Yours to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Support inventory management, stock takes, transfers, and reporting across locations.
• Create and maintain training, process, and policy documentation.
• Roll out new processes and systems with clear communication and training support.
• Troubleshoot retail technology and systems as a key point of contact.
• Bridge Operations and Retail to align information, tools, and support.
