Job summary

Mine & Yours, a leading Canadian luxury resale brand, seeks a highly organized Digital Marketing Lead to own paid media, email marketing, digital reporting, and ecommerce marketing initiatives. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution, supporting scale while preserving brand integrity.

Collaborate with Buying, Ecommerce, Retail, and Creative teams to drive campaigns, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of digital marketing, performance marketing, ecommerce marketing, or CRM experience.
• Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo.
• Proven ability to manage paid media campaigns focused on ROAS and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media, email marketing, and ecommerce campaigns.
• Oversee day-to-day campaign execution and reporting.
• Collaborate with Buying, Ecommerce, Retail, and Creative teams for launches and promotions.
• Analyze performance data and optimize strategies for ROAS and growth.
