Job summary

Amrize Canada Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide leadership, management support, and analytical reporting across the market area.

The role links local operations with Environment, Land, Manufacturing, Safety and HR to drive consistency and cost efficiency. You will optimize reserves, track consumption, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver productivity at the lowest cost through detailed cost, variance and forecast reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with various computer applications (office and data reporting software).
• Familiarity with CORe, SOPs, and TOP Performance Modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational data and analysis to support strategic decisions across site and market areas.
• Optimize reserves and drive productivity while minimizing production costs.
• Track key consumption variables like labor, fuel, and energy.
• Support and standardize operating processes (CORe, SOPs, TOP) across sites.
• Assist monthly capital project tracking and annual planning with maintenance leadership.
• Support monthly inventory reconciliations to align production, supply chain, and sales demands.
• Help manage environmental and sustainable land/mining plans in line with guidelines.
• Develop and train administrative, production, and shipping personnel to boost efficiency.
• Foster community relations and participate in local activities and partnerships.
• Promote a culture of safety and adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
