ZEISS Group in Canada is seeking an IQR Customer Care Operations Supervisor to coordinate service and sales administration activities, including order entry, billing, and invoicing support. You will oversee a defined portfolio and provide operational guidance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer responsiveness.

The role reports to the PC Manager - IQR Canada, manages daily priorities, and drives continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with ZEISS policies and ISO standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years in service administration, billing, order entry, or related operations.
• Experience leading teams or coordinating workflow preferred.
• Strong knowledge of service billing, contracts, order entry, and invoicing processes.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP and CRM systems required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a defined portfolio of service orders, sales orders, contracts, and billing activities.
• Coordinate with customers, Sales, Field Service, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Provide coverage for team members during peak periods and absences.
• Escalate material risks or exceptions to the PC Manager and drive process improvements.
• Lead daily supervision and workflow coordination for customer care administration.
