ICE - Industrial Cleaning Equipment in Canada is seeking an experienced Customer Support Administrator to provide exceptional service to customers and manage key accounts. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely responses and high service standards.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintain accurate records, prepare estimates, and coordinate loan machine deliveries.

Formación

• GCSE level or above with pass in English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar customer support role.
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Manage key client accounts and respond promptly to communications.
• Coordinate updates and maintain accurate records in the company database.
• Monitor open calls to ensure timely resolution and update tasks.
• Prepare and send estimates for machinery and parts orders.
• Coordinate delivery of loan machines when needed.
• Handle complaints and escalate to Head of Service Delivery when required.
• Produce reports for stakeholders and customers as needed.
