The Venue Operations team is hiring a full-time Operations Lead within our Guest Services Operations Centre (GSOC). Reporting to the Manager, Security Operations, the Operations Lead works closely with Operations Managers to support the oversight of the GSOC department, a high-volume, 24/7/365 operations centre.
The Operations Lead will be responsible for executing operational and event delivery priorities such as operational levels, access control, signage, deliveries, shipping & receiving, public safety, and security as well as playing a critical role in emergency response and ensuring deployment of safety and security resources.
This position operates on a compressed work week of four days.
The hourly rate for this position starts at $29.66
