Kiokii Inc. seeks an Operations Lead to supervise stockroom and retail operations, ensuring accurate inventory, smooth processes, and effective store execution. You will lead a team, uphold SOPs, and support promotions and visual merchandising.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in retail operations, with strong leadership and communication skills to enhance customer experience. This role is on-site at our Tysons-area location with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations or related field required.
  • 2-3 years retail operations experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Asian beauty industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor replenishment to prevent stockouts and shrinkage.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and audits for data integrity.
  • Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed by staff.
  • Assist with store promotions, pricing updates, and merchandising.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to meet targets.
  • Support store opening and setup activities.
  • Maintain safe, organized work environment per health and safety rules.

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new store at Tysons Corner Centre, Tysons, Virginia, United States and we are looking for enthusiastic applicants to join our team as an Operations Lead. Availability must including a mix of weekdays, weekends, opening and closing shifts.

About the Role

As an Operations Lead, you will be overseeing the stockroom and retail operations to ensure the seamless functioning of the store. Including but not limited to…

  • Oversee stockroom organization, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient storage practices to maximize space utilization for better operational flow
  • Monitor stock replenishment processes to maintain optimal inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and minimize shrink through proactive loss prevention measures
  • Perform regular stock counts and thorough audits to ensure data accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Ensure store staff adheres and follows standard operating procedures and company policies, maintaining a smooth and compliant work environment
  • Support the execution of store promotions, pricing updates, and upholding visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales
  • Lead, train, and motivate the operations team meet and exceed achieve performance objectives
  • Support with store opening and setup
  • Maintain a safe, organized work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices
What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations Specialist or a related field is preferred
  • A strong track record with 2-3 years of retail operations experience
  • Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning, sharing expertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to guide staff and enhance the customer experience
  • Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and store operation capabilities
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
  • Able tolift upto30lbs.
  • Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards
