Job summary

Compugen Inc in Richmond Hill is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage service inventory operations, ensure accuracy across locations, and support efficient supply chain processes. This role involves cycle counts, coordination with warehouses and 3PLs, and timely order fulfillment.

You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory integrity, resolve discrepancies, and support continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to ISO procedures.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse environment or inventory control.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong data analysis and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts at the service warehouse in Richmond Hill to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Manage all aspects of service inventory including cycle counts, variance resolution, inventory planning, co-packing coordination, and minimizing product losses.
• Collaborate with internal warehouse teams and third-party logistics partners to meet operational expectations, inventory accuracy, and cost targets.
• Coordinate and ensure timely, complete, and accurate order fulfillment through our distribution network or alternative channels.
• Support cross-functional projects and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Track, analyze, and communicate KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Support inventory-related documentation, reporting, and analysis for internal teams.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to aged or obsolete inventory in alignment with management approvals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve inventory-related issues with internal and external customers.
• Follow ISO procedures as outlined in the Compugen Quality Management System.

Skills & Qualifications: * 2-3 years of experience in Warehouse environment Or inventory control * Computer literacy and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel. * Ability to analyze, plan, organize and prioritize workload effectively. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written, telephone, and email etiquette. * Data driven individuals with strong analytical skills. * Ability to work with tight timelines. * Certified Raymond/Reverse steering forklift, walkie operator is an asset. * Ability to lift merchandise weighing 40-50 Ibs. * Working knowledge of JDE will be an asset. * Flexibility to adjust to other shifts occasionally, between the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM.
