Support HQ operations team and franchise partners by managing tasks, streamlining processes, and supporting internal and franchisee needs. Coordinate projects, track progress, identify improvements, and maintain detailed records.
Has 2-4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, stakeholder management skills, familiarity with CRMs and project management tools, proactive mindset, and ability to handle multiple priorities are essential.
