Job summary

Jagger in Toronto is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our early-stage marketplace startup helping Canadians manage their homes. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling calls, emails, and support requests.

Own customer issues end-to-end, coordinate with customers, service providers, and the internal team to keep operations running smoothly, and identify recurring problems to improve processes as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or operations.
• Strong communication skills and phone presence.
• Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn in an early-stage startup.

• Curious, resourceful, and excited to learn in an early-stage startup
• CRM/helpdesk experience is a plus
