Together we deliver a seamless “book-it, clean-it, fix-it” experience for guests, residents, developers, and commercial clients. We’re searching for a resourceful Operations Coordinator who can turn moving parts into well-oiled processes—and have fun doing it. If you thrive on colour-coded calendars, love a good SOP, and can keep your cool when a smart lock refuses to cooperate at 10 p.m., we want to meet you!

What you’ll own

Scheduling & Dispatch

  • Coordinate daily suite turnovers, commercial cleaning routes, and maintenance visits
  • Manage smart-lock codes, key safes, and site access for team members and vendors
  • Reconcile OTA payouts, vendor invoices, and credit-card expenses
  • Track cost-per-occupied-night and flag exceptions to our CFO team
  • Keep Monday.com boards current so leadership sees “one version of truth”
  • Maintain preferred-vendor list, request quotes, and approve purchase orders
  • Monitor warehouse stock and arrange just-in-time deliveries

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Produce an easy-to-read weekly Ops Dashboard (turnovers, QC scores, ticket close-times)
  • Capture “what great looks like” in clear SOPs and coach frontline leads
  • Lead post-incident reviews and implement preventive fixes

People & Culture

  • Onboard new employees and VAs (checklists, system logins, uniforms, ROEs)
  • Foster a responsive, can-do service culture across housekeeping, maintenance, and customer-success teams

We’ll be excited if you bring

  • 2–4 years coordinating operations in hospitality, property management, facilities, or a similar field
  • Fluency with Google Workspace and at least one project-management platform (Monday.com, Asana, etc.)
  • Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and the confidence to talk basic P&L with finance
  • Proven calm under pressure—especially after hours
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for site visits

Nice-to-haves: exposure to OTA platforms (Airbnb, VRBO), automation tools (Zapier/Make), bilingual English–French, WHMIS/First-Aid certification.
