Job summary

Harry Rosen is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Etobicoke store team. The role involves customer service, processing client transactions, supporting service desk activities, and assisting with e-commerce and in-store order fulfillment.

You will help maintain stock, participate in inventory prep, and contribute to a high-service environment. We value luxury retail experience, strong communication, teamwork and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably luxury, in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment and inventory management in a retail environment.
• Experience working in a client-facing role at the service desk, providing exceptional customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle client transactions through POS with efficiency.
• Collect and update client contact information and maintain files.
• Support service desk activities; ensure desk is clean, organized and well-stocked.
• Provide basic client resolution services and escalate issues when needed.
• Manage daily cash handling: open/close registers, prepare envelopes, bank deposits.
• Assist with E-commerce and IST order fulfillment; achieve pick rates.
• Support BOPIS operations and on-floor logistics tasks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized stock; assist with inventory prep.
