Job summary

Harry Rosen Inc. seeks an Operations Associate to join our store team in Toronto. You will handle customer service, process transactions at the POS, and support order fulfillment and stock maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
• Comfort with technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Accurately process client transactions through the POS system.
• Support service desk activities and resolve inquiries timely.
• Assist with E-Commerce and IST order fulfillment.
• Support merchandising, stock levels and seasonal displays.
• Contribute to store upkeep and team initiatives.
