You will work closely with the Operations team, customers, suppliers, carriers, and other internal departments to maintain accurate records, coordinate information, process transactions, and ensure operational documentation is complete and up to date.

This role also supports inventory traceability, audit and compliance requirements, and front-office activities, making it an important connection point between the administrative and operational sides of the branch.

  • Organize and maintain production, receiving, shipping, and other operational documentation
  • Maintain railcar receiving records, tracking information, and supporting documentation
  • Process feed and lime receiving, production, and shipping records
  • Coordinate and maintain Kahler UAN tracking and load setups to support logistics planning and shipment execution
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, carriers, Operations, and internal departments regarding receiving, shipping, and operational requirements
  • Maintain accurate inventory, lot, and product traceability records and assist with inventory monitoring and reconciliations
  • Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with the Operations team
  • Provide invoicing and administrative support for branch retail operations, including processing customer transactions and maintaining supporting documentation
  • Support Safe Feed/Safe Food, Health & Safety, inspections, and internal and external audit recordkeeping
  • Provide professional front-office support to customers, drivers, visitors, and other site contacts
  • Provide backup support for scale operations as required
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support to the branch as required
