Definity is seeking a co-op student for Winter 2027 to work 4–8 months, contributing to operational analytics and reporting. You will build scorecards, analyze data, and support leadership with actionable insights in a collaborative environment.

You will gain hands-on experience with Excel/VBA, KPI development, and data visualization while pursuing a degree in math or actuarial science. Accommodation and inclusion are emphasized during recruitment.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics or other relevant discipline and active until at least April 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze datasets and provide insights.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, including VBA, pivot tables and reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain operational performance scorecards and KPIs related to ADS Strategy.
• Produce regular operational performance reporting for leadership and stakeholders with insights.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in reports, performing reconciliations when needed.
• Enhance and optimize existing reporting capabilities to improve efficiency and insights.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to understand performance drivers and opportunities.
• Learn to produce data exhibits and analyses to measure company performance.
