We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as an Operations Analyst to help deliver a residential energy efficiency and green-house gas reduction program in British Columbia. We are a close-knit team who are passionate about green-house gas reduction and enjoy working with each other and the public. As an operations analyst, you will work with the public to understand their needs and help them find the energy reduction strategy that works best for them.

This is a fully remote position and can be performed anywhere in Canada.

You’re a great fit if you can/are…

• Leverage program requirements to assess participant eligibility
• Manage, analyze, and report on program data to identify key program outputs and insights.
• Work in a team to complete program tasks and deliverables.
• Help address program client enquires and customer service calls.
• Ensure program success by meeting deadlines and filling future additional program needs.
• Utilize Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs and IF statements, to analyze data, generate reports, and streamline processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Demonstrated written and oral fluency in one or more of the following languages is a strong asset: French, Cantonese, Mandarin, Farsi, Punjabi or Tagalog.
• Demonstrate knowledge of House as a System (asset)

$28-$30/h
