Job description

Responsible for performing clerical and administrative functions across hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, records management, quality assurance, and customer service. Tends to damaged and incorrectly addressed packages promptly to optimize delivery times. Serves as the first point of contact for customers regarding various issues.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two (2) years of customer service, clerical, or related experience required; experience in dock operations or distribution center setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in general business skills such as typing, data entry, and review; familiarity with phones, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Software skills including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Strong customer service skills to respond effectively and professionally to requests.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Additional Details: This is a temporary position up to one year.
