The Digital Workplace team is looking for a Manager to oversee operations for digital workplace solutions. This team supports the firm’s needs by providing solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, knowledge management, change management, and user experience. These solutions aim to enable KPMG employees with effective technology and knowledge resources, creating value for KPMG and its clients.
What You Will Do
- Manage the operational aspects of the firm’s digital workplace solutions and oversee a team responsible for optimizing operational, governance, and support activities to ensure smooth functioning and high service quality.
- Strengthen and maintain governance processes to support the delivery of business solutions, ensuring high quality, repeatability, product ownership, and support.
- Collaborate with Digital Workplace leaders, ITS, and ITS Global to influence tool evolution and resolve complex technical and process issues.
- Lead technology enablement initiatives and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Provide insights and influence transformation initiatives based on user experience observations.
- Manage the intranet platform's operations, working with leaders to evolve and align it with the firm’s global and internal communication strategies, content governance, and support communications related to functions and corporate communications.
What You Bring To The Role
- 5+ years of experience in solution delivery or operational management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology management or equivalent work experience.
- Experience leading teams or workstreams and managing multiple demands.
- Strong service culture, sense of urgency, and curiosity.
- Ability to prioritize and solve problems under pressure.
- Proficiency with technology and the Microsoft toolset.
- Understanding of operational processes and governance best practices.
- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with a high-performing hybrid team.
This position requires fluency in written and spoken English. The successful candidate will support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders across Canada.
