You will lead Lean, Six Sigma initiatives, establish KPIs, and coach teams to deliver measurable performance gains. A Bachelor's degree, 6+ years in OE, and a Black Belt are required, with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement roles.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex process improvement projects and achieve measurable results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for remote and in-person engagements.
