As a senior contributor, you will analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and lead cross-functional initiatives to boost performance in a globally distributed environment that emphasizes autonomy and results.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
• 7+ years in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, and lean implementation.
• Proven expertise in lean, Six Sigma, and SPC.
• Experience with process simulation tools and data analysis software.
• Strong remote cross-functional leadership and project management.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.

Responsabilités

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and optimize production workflows, layouts, and equipment utilization.

• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience with process simulation tools and data analysis software.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams remotely.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
