Job summary

Crazy Carrot in downtown Toronto is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the floor, manage the kitchen and counter, and maintain speed, freshness, and guest care during busy shifts.

You'll deploy staff, coach team members, enforce food safety, and ensure KPI targets and smooth operations. This is an on-site, hands-on leadership role at our brand-new location with a focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or team-lead experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented during rush periods.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for team members.
• Able to multitask across BOH and FOH while maintaining guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during shifts and manage both kitchen and counter.
• Deploy staff and adjust staffing based on flow.
• Deliver hands-on customer service and resolve guest concerns.
