Job summary

Crazy Carrot in downtown Toronto is hiring a Team Member for our brand-new location. You’ll be the first smile guests see, helping prepare real food from scratch and moving quickly between the kitchen and the counter during rush periods.

As part of the opening crew, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced BOH/FOH environment, follow recipes and safety standards, handle cash, and contribute to a great guest experience from day one. Start is early to mid-October 2026, on-site at 555 Richmond Street West.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced QSR/fast-casual environment.
• Ability to multitask between BOH and FOH.
• Reliable and punctual, able to work on-site.
• Willing to obtain food handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and answer menu questions.
• Prepare fresh food to order and follow safety standards.
• Move between kitchen prep and front counter during rush.
• Operate front counter and register during peak times.
• Receive, organize, and store inventory; lift as required.
• Follow health and safety protocols across all areas.
