Job summary

Landscape Ontario is seeking a results-focused leader to head the GROW New Entrant program, coordinating delivery and aligning staff to program goals. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, monitor KPIs, collaborate with leadership, and guide staff to deliver participant outcomes while meeting funding commitments and program

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program operations, project management, service delivery, or related environment.
• Strong planning and execution skills to translate goals into work plans and timelines.
• Proven experience monitoring KPIs, targets, milestones, and performance data.
• Demonstrated leadership coordinating across functions and ensuring accountability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with staff, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and changing demands.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving with proactive risk management.
• Ability to quickly learn new programs, sectors, systems, and requirements.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, databases, and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the GROW New Entrant program and coordinate activities.
• Translate program plans into operational activities and monitor KPIs and milestones.
• Support staff, identify risks and gaps, and keep delivery on track.
• Foster clarity, information, and support to succeed across the team.
• Lead weekly team meetings and ensure accountability and engagement.
