Qualifications

• Active Ontario real estate registration in good standing.

• Hands-on MLS listing creation and management.

Responsibilities

• Create, publish, and maintain rental listings on MLS.
• Ensure listing details are accurate and well-presented.
• Market properties via MLS, rental platforms, and social media.
• Generate tenant leads and maintain a leasing pipeline.
• Schedule and conduct property showings and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate offers and transaction documentation with internal teams.
