Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S) seeks a Dispatch Manager to lead and evolve our Ontario dispatch operations. You will manage a six-person team including a Dispatch Supervisor, drive consistency, and coordinate with drivers, operations, and customers to ensure service excellence.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong transportation/delivery operations knowledge, process improvement mindset, and the ability to adapt as we expand coverage across Ontario.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics or a similar operational environment.
• Experience leading a dispatch or operations team.
• Strong understanding of routing, scheduling and daily transportation operations.
• Experience managing operations across multiple locations is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and introduce consistency across teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching and employee development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong analytical skills using operational data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with dispatch, routing, GPS or fleet-management technology is an asset.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day dispatch operations for Northern Ontario and Scarborough, with future responsibility for dispatch across Ontario.
• Manage, coach and develop the Dispatch Supervisor and Dispatch team.
• Establish consistent dispatch processes, procedures and service standards across locations.
• Coordinate daily routes, service requirements and operational priorities.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to address staffing, equipment, routing and service challenges.
• Monitor workloads and allocate dispatch resources based on needs.
• Support the team in resolving service disruptions, missed services, breakdowns and driver shortages.
• Improve communication between dispatch, operations, drivers and customer service.
• Review routing and processes to identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Develop and monitor dispatch KPIs and other operational measures.
• Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Assist with workforce planning and scheduling for the Dispatch team.
• Provide leadership during high-volume periods or major disruptions.
