You will oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control, while building reliable processes and strong teams on the floor.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in high-volume settings, experience with WMS and cycle counts, and a track record of improving throughput and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse or fulfillment leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Proven success leading teams with metrics-driven results.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse technology.
• Track record of process improvement and SOP development.

Responsibilities

• Own daily warehouse operations end to end — receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Lead, coach, train, and schedule warehouse staff; support hiring and development.
• Set and monitor performance metrics and continuously improve workflows and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and system controls.
• Forecast and order shipping supplies, ensuring cold chain materials are prepped.
• Ensure compliance with Health Canada requirements and internal quality standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and delivery timelines; identify efficiency opportunities.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and train staff on safe use.
• Active hands-on leadership with time on the floor.
