Job summary

Insight Global in Cambridge, ON is seeking a Transportation Coordinator, Debrief to join our Transportation team. This onsite role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and focuses on driver debrief, dispatch support, and route reconciliation.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience in transportation/logistics, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Excel and TMS to ensure accurate POD validation and data reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, debrief, or fleet operations
• Previous debrief or dispatch experience, including reviewing completed routes and following up with drivers/carriers
• Experience with POD validation, delivery/route reconciliation, and exception management
• Strong data entry and documentation skills, including experience with Excel and/or transportation systems
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced operational environment
• Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS)

Responsibilities

• Review completed routes and driver documentation
• Validate Proof of Delivery (POD) and reconcile route data
• Identify and resolve delivery exceptions and coordinate with drivers/carriers
• Update transportation systems with accurate data
• Follow up with drivers or carriers on missing or inaccurate information
