Responsibilities

• Conduct driver debriefs and ensure checkpoint compliance.
• Audit shipments, verify labels, and address discrepancies promptly.
• Manage scanner and vehicle inventory, coordinate with IT/Supervisors.
• Review invoices and complete daily invoice accuracy checks within 24 hours.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance, vehicle inventory, and equipment management.
• Support onboarding, training, and scheduling for new staff.
