Concentrix is seeking a Sr. People Solutions Business Partner for our Oshawa, Ontario site. The role requires a dynamic HR leader who can drive culture, strategic HR initiatives, and operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with management to implement policies, lead a skilled HR team, and deliver analytics-driven insights. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of HR experience, familiarity with Workday, and a strong grasp of Canadian employment laws.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Ministry of Labour and Ontario Human Rights Tribunal is required.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS.
• Experience supporting HR operations in large-scale contact centers or BPOs.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws and ESA.

Aufgaben

• Lead HR activities including engagement, compensation, benefits, and performance management to drive execution of short-term strategy.
• Advise management on performance, policies, talent management, and compensation.
• Guide team in handling complex employee concerns and escalate as needed.
• Develop and share HR communications, processes, and tools supporting new systems and technology.
• Provide HR analytics and visuals to support decision making for leadership.
