Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the success of the print and customer service areas by learning products and services to offer informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals.
• Perform in-store print production and manage inventory and signage in print areas.
• Handle transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system and assist with shipping transactions.
• Fulfill steps required for intake or pickup of customer orders in Print, including filtering orders and at the counter.
