Job summary

Zurich Canada in Toronto is seeking a Technology Services Associate to join our Technology Services team. You will support day-to-day IT operations and end-user technology services across the organization, in an onsite role.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years IT support experience, a diploma or degree in IT, and strong customer service and communication skills. The position offers a competitive CAD salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 1–2 years IT support or service desk experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows OS and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Experience supporting laptops, mobiles, peripherals and collaboration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support through helpdesk tickets, walk-in requests, and channels.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, printing, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related tools.
• Coordinate end-user onboarding and offboarding activities, including device setup.
