Job summary

Nestlé Purina PetCare Canada is seeking a Sr. IT Operations Specialist for a 6-month contract in Mississauga, ON.

You will provide internal end-user support for hardware, software, conferencing, and networking solutions, joining a dynamic IT team on-site. The role requires 3+ years of enterprise IT support, experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

3+ years of enterprise IT support experience.
Experience providing Level 1/2 desk-side support onsite and remote.
Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, VPNs, printers, and conference room tech.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, networking.
Set up, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and RF devices.
Maintain accurate hardware and asset records, and support equipment receiving, tagging, lifecycle management, and disposal.
Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, conference rooms, Teams meetings, and Teams Live Events.
Troubleshoot client-side network issues across office, home, and mobile connections.
Support local technology projects, third-party vendors, and other sites when needed.
Provide clear technology guidance or training to employees with different levels of technical knowledge.
Join the after-hours on-call rotation and provide project support outside regular hours when required.]
