Job summary

Vertiv in Regina, SK is seeking a Field Services HVAC Representative to service, install, and commission Liebert cooling products, with required certifications, on-site or with travel. The role emphasizes customer rapport and timely, accurate reporting to CRC and local offices.

You will be responsible for safety, on-site support, and following company guidelines for maintenance, documentation, and escalation processes. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or HVAC Trade Credentials.
• 313A 4th Year Apprentice or 313A Journey Man.
• 3-5 years relevant industry/commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform scheduled maintenance per guidelines and FCN notices.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance and 14 hours rule.
