Job summary

FGF Brands is seeking an HR Site Coordinator to support the production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Vaughan, Ontario. You will implement HR policies, assist with recruitment, health and safety, time and attendance, and teammate relations on the plant floor.

You will collaborate with Site Leaders and the L&D team to drive talent development programs, coordinate payroll approvals, and support performance reviews. Prior HR experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR experience in manufacturing or warehouse.
• Strong understanding of Ontario employment law (ESA, OHSA).
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS; WSIB knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive TD programs on the plant floor with 70% presence.
• Assist Site Leaders with Team Member relations.
• Coordinate payroll approvals and Time & Attendance.
• Lead Learning & Development initiatives with L&D support.
• Conduct performance reviews with Production Leaders.
