Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort in Brooks, Canada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full cycle recruiting in a high volume environment. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing objectives and develop sourcing strategies for direct hires.

You will manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, evaluating and extending offers while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years related experience; equivalent combination allowed.
• Experience using ATS, HRIS, and a variety of sourcing techniques including social media.
• Experience using AI-powered recruiting and sourcing tools to enhance efficiency.
• Experience in large, complex, diverse organizations and knowledge of employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process for high-volume positions, including sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, final selection, and salary negotiation.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Communicate job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation, and benefits to candidates.
• Prepare and extend job offers; notify candidates of selections decisions, including rejections.
• Maintain a high-volume workload with shifting priorities and accurate ATS data.
• Develop and maintain recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and requisition status.
