We are looking to add a Health & Safety Manager to work onsite on an important project from beginning to end in Napanee, Ontario.
The Health & Safety Manager provides leadership and hands-on expertise to ensure the highest standards of health and safety performance on a complex construction project.This position offers the opportunity to be part of the project from the very beginning, contributing to its setup, coordination, and ongoing success by overseeing the health and safety function of the project.
This role works closely with Project Management, Site Superintendents, subcontractors, and client representatives to drive compliance with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), Construction Projects Regulation, and project-specific requirements. The Health and Safety Manager plays a key role in mentoring site teams and promoting a proactive, safety-first culture across all trades.
