Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction or restoration experience with a strong background in site supervision or field management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in construction or related field an asset.
• Knowledge of commercial building codes, safety regulations, and inspection requirements.
• Proven ability to organize, schedule, and direct multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solve skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations for commercial reconstruction projects.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and resources to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure safety and craftsmanship meet high standards; conduct inspections as needed.
