Job summary

HearCANADA in Dundas, ON is hiring a Client Care Coordinator to join our Client Care team. You will handle administrative duties, deliver an exceptional client experience, and drive sales of our hearing care products and services.

This is a fixed-term contract, onsite, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 am–4:30 pm. Compensation ranges from $21 to $24 CAD per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sales, retail, busy office or clinic environment.
• Ability to comfortably interact with customers and prospects.
• Strong customer-centric attitude and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional client experience for visitors and callers.
• Manage clinic schedule: book, reschedule, and follow up missed appointments.
• Make product and payment recommendations to enhance client journey.
• Maintain physical and electronic records.
• Handle basic hearing aid maintenance and product questions.
• Support local events and marketing initiatives to promote HearCANADA.
