Job summary

Axon seeks an embedded, customer-facing leader responsible for the full lifecycle of agency outcomes. You will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows and integrations on site, driving adoption and measurable mission impact.

You will own engagements end-to-end, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver production-ready solutions while maintaining CJIS compliance and security standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in relevant customer-facing technical roles or deployment environments
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required
• Proven track record shipping automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments
• Strong cross-functional communication with technical and senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate into buildable, compliant solutions
• Design and ship tools on Axon's platform with real users and real data
• Build with Axon products, configuring integrations and extending systems in the agency environment
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and document patterns for reuse across accounts
• Lead field engagements and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to resolve issues
