Job summary

Pinpoint Global Communications is seeking a hands-on engineer to embed in our engineering team and evolve AI-enabled features across our training and compliance platform. You will own end-to-end development of production-grade AI capabilities, integrate LLM services, and drive ROI through scalable, secure systems.

You will modernize legacy components, design polyglot microservices, and implement robust data governance in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a corporate portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of enterprise software development experience.
• Strong full-stack experience with .NET and C#.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and relational databases (MS SQL).
• Experience with AI/ML APIs, LLMs, and production-grade AI features.

Responsibilities

• Build & ship AI systems integrated into ASP.NET MVC products.
• Architect AI infrastructure including RAG pipelines and vector databases.
• Collaborate to modernize legacy code into AI-native architectures.
• Implement zero-touch CI/CD with AI-driven testing and governance.
