Industrial equipment repair and service company is seeking an individual to join our team as an Account Manager for K+S Services at Collins Aerospace Oakville, Ontario. This onsite individual will have hands-on responsibility to act as the primary liaison between our company and the customer on all day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an inquisitive, can-do attitude, good social skills, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Maintain and build relationships with customers to provide quality customer service.
  2. Ship, receive and expedite all orders as needed.
  3. Manage internal (STAMP) database, ensuring data input accuracy and integrity.
  4. Process repair order approvals daily.
  5. Oversee and inventory repairable assets.
  6. Review and identify potential repairs and service opportunities.
  7. Actively participate in plant-sponsored initiatives, meetings, and activities.
  8. Work with customers to improve their reliability and introduce cost savings initiatives.
  9. Create process improvements based on data and logic.
What We Need From You:
  1. Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs and the skills to grasp customer software quickly.
  2. 5 plus years in Manufacturing and/or maintenance experience is preferred.
  3. Understand technical drawing.
  4. Mechanical background.
  5. Canadian Citizenship is required.
