Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the test plan and test schedule for the Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM implementation.
• Mentor and Co-Lead test planning, test case development, execution, and defect management across multiple testing phases (Unit, System Integration, UAT, Regression, Cutover).
• Collaborate with business leads, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure test coverage across all modules, including but not limited to Finance, Procurement, Projects, Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, ensuring effective preparation and execution.
• Oversee testing of integrations between Oracle Cloud and other enterprise systems (e.g., HR, CRM, legacy platforms).
• Establish and maintain traceability between business requirements, test cases, and defects.
• Define and report on test metrics and KPIs; provide regular updates to leadership on test progress and risks.
• Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and quality standards during the testing process.
